Whole strawberries baked through a light, moist crumb of Japanese rice flour and organic cane sugar, from our dedicated gluten-free kitchen. The seeds go into the batter as well, so the strawberry carries through the whole muffin rather than arriving only where the fruit is. Bright, fragrant, and unmistakably made from fruit.

Ingredients
Organic soy milk (made in Japan), rapeseed oil, rice flour (made in Japan), almond flour, organic cane sugar, potato starch, maple syrup, strawberry, strawberry seed, konjac flour, vanilla extract (alcohol-free), salt / baking powder (aluminum-free)

Almond flour gives the crumb its moisture, which is where most gluten-free baking falls down.
