Earl Grey tea through a delicate crumb of Japanese rice flour, sweetened with maple syrup and organic cane sugar and baked in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen. The bergamot lifts as it warms. Quietly elegant, and it holds its own next to the tea it came from.

Bergamot first, aromatic and clean, in a light crumb. Gently sweet, and more aromatic the warmer it gets.

Ingredients
Organic soy milk (made in Japan), rapeseed oil, rice flour (made in Japan), almond flour, organic cane sugar, potato starch, maple syrup, Earl Grey tea leaves, almonds, konjac flour, vanilla extract (alcohol-free), salt / baking powder (aluminum-free)

almond flour gives the crumb its moisture, which is where most gluten-free baking falls down.
