At Plant Farm, we start with the best Japanese ingredients — rice flour milled from Japanese grown rice, locally sourced produce, organic cane sugar — and let them do the work. We choose organic ingredients wherever we can, and we never compromise with artificial colors, flavorings, or preservatives. No shortcuts. Just honest food that happens to be gluten free, plant based, and halal friendly.
Our kitchen is 100% gluten free and fully plant based by design, not by compromise. Which means every product that leaves it carries a standard most food makers simply cannot match — and a flavor that speaks for itself.
Some of what we make will feel familiar — a strawberry muffin, a chocolate banana muffin, a chocolate chip cookie, an oatmeal raisin cookie. That is intentional. By centering our products on Japanese rice flour and locally sourced, organic ingredients, working with local suppliers, and eliminating animal products and artificial additives entirely, we naturally reduce the environmental impact of everything we make. No carbon calculators. No offsetting. Just better choices, built into how we work from the beginning.
Plant based food made with natural Japanese ingredients is, by its nature, a lighter choice for the planet. We think that is worth something — even if we will never make it the headline.
