Shipping fee

A flat 1,100 yen (tax included) anywhere in Japan.
Orders of 5,500 yen (tax included) or more ship free.

The fee is the same for every destination in Japan, including remote islands. We do not add regional surcharges.

How your order travels

Delivery temperature depends on the product. Some items ship ambient, some chilled and some frozen. If your order contains items with different requirements, we ship the whole order chilled as a single delivery.

If you are out when the courier calls, they will leave a notice. Because some items are chilled, please collect the parcel within the holding period.

Dispatch time

We normally dispatch within 3 to 5 business days of confirming your order. We do not dispatch on weekends, public holidays, or during the New Year, Golden Week and Obon periods, so orders around those dates take longer.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Japan only. We do not ship internationally.

Best before

Best before varies by product and format. For example, cookies keep for about 6 months from their production date at room temperature, while muffins keep for about 225 days frozen, or about 9 days refrigerated once defrosted. The exact best before date is always printed on the package, so please check it when your order arrives.
