Ingredients
Organic soy milk (made in Japan), rapeseed oil, rice flour (made in Japan), banana, almond flour, organic cane sugar, potato starch, organic cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut sugar, walnuts, konjac flour, salt / baking powder (aluminum-free)

Almond flour gives the crumb its moisture, which is where most gluten-free baking falls down.
