Whole blueberries throughout, with soft vanilla and the gentle sweetness of maple syrup, baked with Japanese rice flour in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Moist without being heavy, and balanced enough for any day of the week. It tastes exactly like what went into it, because that is all that went into it.

Ingredients
Organic soy milk (made in Japan), rapeseed oil, rice flour (made in Japan), almond flour, organic cane sugar, potato starch, blueberry, maple syrup, konjac flour, vanilla extract (alcohol-free), salt / baking powder (aluminum-free)

Almond flour gives the crumb its moisture, which is where most gluten-free baking falls down.
